This variety, that the professor Luigi Manzoni (ampelographer 1888/1968) obtained by crossing Glera and Cabernet Sauvignon, gives us an original wine with a ruby red color.
The bouquet is complex, recalls the undergrowth, hull of walnut and marks of spices in the closure.
The mouth is satisfied by a perfect balance between sweet tannins and spicy flavors.
