ABOUT THE SPIRIT
La Fuerza Vermouth is made from Malbec (Rojo) and Torrontes (Blanco) grown at the foothills of the Andes in Mendoza. It is made using 40 hand-harvested botanicals native to the Andes. The entire process from gathering plants, distillation, and bottling takes place in Mendoza. La Fuerza was founded by four friends with years of experience in drinks and gastronomy: Martín Auzmendi, Agustín Camps, Julián Diaz and Sebastián Zuccardi.
TASTING NOTES
Earthy notes: mace, juniper and star anise, with peppermint and green tea. Dried fruits & spice.
COCKTAIL SUGGESTIONS
The Classic: Vermouth, a splash of soda water & a slice of orange. Or try: La Fuerza Negroni with Rojo vermouth, gin & Campari).
